How to insert one PDF into another
Add an appendix, a scanned attachment, or a replacement section exactly where it belongs.
Steps
- Open Insert PDF. Load the original PDF in slot 1 and the PDF to insert in slot 2. Click a filled slot (or its ✕ button) to change or clear it.
- Choose the position: at the beginning, after a specific page, or at the end. You can also tap the + between page thumbnails.
- Click the button. A combined file downloads automatically.
Typical uses
- Appending a scanned ID or receipt after the last page of an application.
- Placing an updated section into the middle of a long report — delete the outdated pages first with the Delete tool, then insert the new ones at the same spot.
- Re-inserting a signed page: extract the signature page, sign it, delete the original page, then insert the signed version.
